I think this has been all pre arranged.
Steph goes into the house and starts up a "love" interest with a single guy.. .then her BF dumps her via twitter...cue BB bringing the BF into the house ( Wed 20th Jan) that's the reason for the twist , to make sure Steph and Jermey were not up for eviction on Tuesday ...the BF arrives Wed .
