Remember the other night Gemma said she knows the Exec Producer as he worked on Towie.

Well I wouldn't be surprised during their Pre-Eviction chat in the DR Gemma was informed they'll be a twist tonight (without going into details) and told her just make sure you stand behind the 2nd box nearest to the door.
