The one where John was in a cage and Gemma refused was infuriating and the whole house (apart from Danniella and Tiffany who ran after Gemma) were sat slagging her off and Steph was the only one brave enough to tell Gemma to her smug face.

Why would any of them not be brave enough to stand up to Gemma? Gemma has never screamed or ranted at any of them; she has never threatened any of them; she hardly ever even raises her voice; she forgives and forgets easily (she is friends with Tiff and chats away with anyone she has had a problem with); she never has to have the last word.
What exactly are they scared of and why? Explain please...
