Why would any of them not be brave enough to stand up to Gemma? Gemma has never screamed or ranted at any of them; she has never threatened any of them; she hardly ever even raises her voice; she forgives and forgets easily (she is friends with Tiff and chats away with anyone she has had a problem with); she never has to have the last word.
What exactly are they scared of and why? Explain please...

She's a big woman with a foul mouth,I would imagine she towers over most of them,I would think she is quite intimidating to some people,at least Steph isn't currying favour with the 'big I am' that is gemma,Steph is tiny, good job her mouth makes up for it.

So all overweight, big people are scary? Wow. And Gemma doesn't curse much, if at all? I haven't seen one instance of Gemma screaming or threatening anyone, quite the contrary, she is pretty calm and forgives and forgets quickly. I asked for examples, not guesses, of why HM's would be scared of her, and why. I'm still waiting.
