There is an article in the Daily Star online. Her name is Francesca who is believed to be living with him. He pictured her on his Twitter on xmas day. She favourited a tweet branding him a hypocrite so it appears she is not too happy about his antics.

Jeremy only mentioned it in response to Rylan asking him why Scotty had appeared non commital in a phone call from Megan. Jeremy seemed to think it would be public knowledge. Looks like BB favourites have been getting the protected edit again. Amazing that he made such a big deal about Steph cheating on her boyfriend when he was doing the self same thing.

Scotty hasn't denied it. I remember him talking about his relationship status to Meg.
