As if exposing their exes and bragging about cheating on them like it's some laughable thing on national tv...never mind being totally proud about declaring that they do not regret it for a second.

That's perfectly fine...but a young kid exposed on TV, in love, confused, guilty and in pain about it deserves disdain.

Like I said before, Steph's feelings about Jeremy and her actions never bothered me...neither am I bothered by the housemates stories...I will never understand how some people can be ok with one and not the other....just because it wasn't happening live in front of them.

That's not really what people have said. What most say who criticise her is about she has handled things badly and can't own her own actions but you seem to skim and pick out what you want to read.
