But the thing is I actually believe that she believes it all at the time....in the moment it's happening she believes it....she's not the first person to think they've found love because they don't know any different ......some people are married for years believing it, then one day someone comes into their life and they realise that they were living a lie but didn't realise....it's more common the younger you are....Jeremy presented her with a comparison and she'd have been stupid to ignore that....he is without doubt a nicer guy

It happened too quickly for that. She said the moment she saw Jeremy coming down the stairs she knew she was in trouble! She forgot how "loved up" she was with 'her rock' in an instant..she's a fake.
We have no way of knowing how nice Jeremy really is. He wasn't that 'nice' when he was fingering another man's GF. He isn't without doubt nicer than Sam as we have only seen his public persona.

No it's not definite at all, he could be not as nice in different ways. Only time will tell.
