When my brother and I were kids and could choose what we had for dinner on our birthday, we'd always choose steak and eggs because that's what the NASA astronauts used to have for their breakfast before going into space.

..there is nothing more satisfying, when you're baking something and the recipe says to separate eggs/when you don't get one little bit of yolk in/the yolk stays complete...
