'Necessity is the mother of invention'.
If there was NO NEED, would ANY government indulge in the time, trouble, and expense of creating such 'cartoon' guides? I think not. Unless, any 'bleeding hearts' spoiling for an argument wishes to clutch this - non news - as a straw to help build their 'Strawman', by claiming it is 'Racist', 'Islamaphobic', 'Xenophobic' or 'Ding-Dong-A-Lamma-Rammaphobic'? But wait..... 'Tis strange to accuse of such things the very Government who have gladly welcomed in..... How many immigrants?
