That's nice. But I can't help but feel it's too much for an exterior set. If it was inside the house, it'd be different.

I was thinking this. As much as we've been wanting a new exterior maybe things could look like there's too much going on BUT I'm not complaining until I see it.

Hmm same here. It feels awkward having two staircases. But for all we know it could look good, so I'll wait till June.

Tbh any slight change to the current exterior we've had for 5 years would've been fine with me. Even if it included changing the inside of the eye studio every series and getting rid of the stands whilst having the same curved stairs and catwalk.

So does task access mean the extension is the task room?

But yeah I love how we criticize the current set we've had for 5 years on C5 for being too different from the C4 BB6/7/9/10 one but in reality, these changes will just make it look even more different

tbh I really liked the current set at first, they just kept it for too long without changing it.

I did too. And I agree, they should've changed it in 2013 for Secrets and Lies tbh, when Emma took over to fit in with the whole brand new host, brand new format, brand new house/exterior thing. That would've been nice to add to the hype of BB14.

Just a thought but I assume that they're keeping the eye where they introduce the Housemates since the eviction studio is in the exact same place as the current one?

I loved how they would change it slightly each year without being too drastic (like adding the two wings in the BB7 circular stage) and adding a crowd-level red carpet during CBB to make it more upmarket.

tbf it's only the eviction set, it's not like it's going to make or break the series

Hmm true, but it's the only thing keeping me excited for BB17 tbh.

Quite sad really how the exterior set is the thing making me look forwards to a series, when 10 years ago they'd make mini changes yearly that would go unnoticed.
