I have nightmares like 5/6 times a week. I can only ever sleep for like 5 hours at a time (at the most) and my dreams are always broken up. ...yeah well, I think that's because you absorb so much of the worries etc of others, missy...you're a bit of a 'fixer' in life and so you release stuff that you need to in your sleep and 'unconscious' times.../I make this stuff up as I go along.....but I do think that you are a 'fixer' person/character so it is possible that there could be a connection, will have to put a googling hat on when I have time...
