Wow that was strangely very upsetting to see Caleb go that way.

But he did score a guaranteed return in a result for that incident. And deservedly so.

Can anyone explain why if someone's medevaced on Survivor that's their game automatically over? Yet if it happened on BB they might return

Like if he was there and back in 24/48 hours what's the problem?

I could be wrong but Survivor is more intense and mentally and physically strong than BB, more of a risk for their health.

Because most of the people who are medically evacuated could risk becoming fatally ill if they were to stay in the game. Medics usually say that it will take a bit of time for them to recover.
