Default Final Destination

I've recently been re-watching all the movies again in the past few days. It's an underrated horror franchise imo and one of the better ones.

Here are my rankings on the films:

Final Destination > Final Destination 3 > Final Destination 5 > Final Destination 2 > The Final Destination

I haven't seen the 4th and 5th yet but the first two are two of my favourite horrors easily.

an underrated franchise

FD5/3 > 2 > 1 > 4

the fourth was an absolute joke

I used to love FD2 and still do and it was my favourite but after re-watching, it's gone down in my ranking.

I just found that it lacked the suspense that the first one had and it wasn't as entertaining as the third. The dark and eerie feel of the first film is why the first one is my favourite. The first one was creepy.

I can see where you're coming from with the spoof but I actually found it good when I watched it at the Cinema and on DVD. The race track disaster wasn't the best disaster but I liked the deaths after that.

it's been 5 years since the 5th film?

What other disasters can they do? I would have said train but they did that at the end of #3

The roller coaster was the best and the most iconic. Everybody talks about that. FD3 is the best and the most iconic. When people think of Final Destination they think about the rollercoaster and the tanning beds.

I loved the train one at the end of 3 <3

They could do one with a Boat/Cruise Ship sinking or something, but that would probably be dull without any fire like the pile up or plane explosion had.

I read a while back that there were possible plans to have a 6th movie set in the far past at some point.

I liked the FD5 deaths as they weren't over the top like previous sequels and were suspenseful.

I'd love a Scream TV series-style TV series for Final Destination imo. That would work well with one person dying each episode sort of thing.

I think FD2 is really underrated, I loved how everything tied back into the first one.
