I really liked this week's episode, best of 5B so far imo.

Spoiler:

I actually found myself feeling bad for Milah when Rumple threw her into the river, never thought I'd be feeling sympathy for her. I internally cheered when he killed her back in Season 2.

Speaking of, I really liked the River of Lost Souls and how reminiscent of the river in the Hercules movie it was. It really took me back to those scenes that always creeped me out as a kid when Hercules descends into the river and starts rapidly aging.

Cruella being Mayor of Underbrook is amazing.

The CGI when Rumple and Emma were in the boat.

I really like Hades as a villain but for the love of God, they need to stop with the random CGI flame hair. It looks HORRIBLE and it undermines his performance.

I love that they rescued Hook so quickly and didn't drag it out, I idn't think they'd rescue him until the end of the season.

Yeah I agree, I like the fire effect when he appears / disappears but the overuse of the hair thing really isn't needed. That was never gonna translate well to live action.

God, I hope Cruella comes back to Storybrooke after the Underworld arc is finished, she's easily the best part of this whole plot line. Her scene with Charming was hilarious.

The episode itself was bland though, Hook's brother didn't need to come back and he was quite annoying. I'm hoping the next episode pushes forward the plot a bit, it just feels like everyone's waiting around for the Season finale at this point. Hades needs a purpose and a goal.

It's better than the Camelot arc but it embodies a lot of issues that the last few arcs have had.

The characters basically do nothing until the last two episodes of the past few arcs, the villains are overly ineffectual and all they do is make speeches and teleport about. The writers need to make both the villains and characters more active.

We need more villains like Zelena and the Snow Queen who actually regularly did **** in their respective arcs.

The second half of Season 3 was one of my favourite arcs so my opinion will probably be irrelevant in regards to whether you should watch more or not. Tbh you should only really bother if you really want to, if you're bored of it now I wouldn't see much point in doing so really..

I will say it's been hit and miss. Some things I've absolutely loved and other areas have been frustrating for one reason or another. But even when it's the latter I still love the show, it's one of those shows that I'm in for until the end whatever happens.

They're certainly getting their money's worth out of filming that smashed up clock tower to represent the Underworld.

Omg at the symbolism behind Hades giving Zelena one hell of a ride in the woods.

I haven't watched yet but I wonder if Hades' bicycle is a reference to Miss Gulch from the movie.

They keep bringing up the fact that the baby is still nameless. I sense a twist on its way.

Spoiler:

Dorothy perhaps?

I still remember when people thought it was Merida (red hair and archery skills). To be fair the reasoning was sound.

I never thought of that. Could be.

But Hades/Zelena as a power couple. Here for it.

Zades / Helena

And to say I am bored of Belle/Rumple is an understatement.

Here for Hades and Zelena tbh.

I think that he's sort of playing her, he loves her and all that but I can see him using the power of a dark True Love's Kiss to **** over Zeus.

Finally watched Our Decay.

Zelena as Blue briefly gave me a taste of the evil Blue Fairy I've wanted for ages.

As for Hades and Zelena, I honestly think he's playing her.

Poor Scarecrow. I love you Zelena but bitch move!

Ugh, an episode about bloody Belle.

It's honestly 3 steps forward and 10 back with this show.
