No it means they do a PS3 release of the same Game that was originally released for the PS4.

I think what you're talking about is backward capability which I think Sony has stopped doing since the PS3 era.

well i really hope they do a PS3 release of this game, there was a demo of this game on Beyond: Two Souls, called Kara on the ps3 version as well
