Stalkers should be locked up.
An old neighbour of mine was stalked, she went through mental torture with him.
He used to taunt her with the fact he could hear her and hubby *excercising*.
He was only a young lad, always wore black leather gloves, bit of a weirdo in general. Anyhow, poor girl and her family had to move in the end, uprooting the kids from school etc.
