Untapped potential. Meeting or knowing someone who you know has the potential to be an amazing success and make something out of their lives, yet for whatever reason are unable to showcase to people just how good they are. I work in an admin office, and yet I know people who if they knew the right people could easily be working for somewhere like MI6.
