Ok but calling someone "Malteser Head" is treating someone as less than you - it's making out that the person is worse than you for being a "Malteser Head", which is an insult only applicable to black people anyway?

He clearly wasn't saying it as anything other than to be nasty - and going by your philosophy it's only racist if you intend to be nasty, which he did.
