The operative word indeed being 'if', he has not even been arrested and he hasn't even been charged with anything yet.
A crime has to be proven or that is how the law should work in the UK, it seems innocent until 'proven' guilty is fast becoming an irrelevant part of UK law now,especially as to celebrities.
Such as William Roache who had his name plastered across the papers, then was found unanimously 'not guilty' of all allegations and charges.
While the accusers get no negative publicity whatsoever.
It smells a little to me that now in this compensation filled culture we live, so many celebrities are now facing really way back historic claims of abuse,that we never hear of much of note being brought against ordinary people who have no wealth or celebrity status to get compensation likely from..
