Cassandra, being the closest person to Tim, clearly knew he wasn't bothered by winning. This was proven to be correct by what he did in the final HOH.
If he wanted someone else to win then why would he not give the POV to his closest ally to help her? Cassandra was selfish because it was her only option since Kelsey was playing for the brothers and there was no way they wanted Cass in the f3 over Tim. It was set in stone.
The fact that Tim gave up so easily is such a kick in the teeth to everyone who wanted to be in the final 3 so badly. It's kind of a joke tbh.
