If you joke about that kind of thing at an airport I think there is a real possibility that you may be arrested but this is a different subject. Here a man is for comedy purposes teaching his dog to appear as a Nazi in the comforts of his own home and posts the video on an American website. It should be obvious to the most dim-witted person that he clearly is not advocating violence and even makes a point to say he is not a racist.
Popular speech does not need protection. Freedom of Speech is there to protect UNPOPULAR speech. Cherie, you can argue that this might hurt someone's feelings but I doubt you could argue that this will likely lead to violence.
