All hail the Moyesiah

That figure is probably not far off but can we please not use a Reece Douglas poll with 219 votes

What percentage of young people responded...what percentage of young voters using twitter and following politically active sites...what percentage of young voters voting. I would like those as qualifiers for a start.

Good.
I want to stay. I see more benefits staying. It's hard enough buying things now but.if we leave it reckon a regular 3 bed house will be close to 1m. Lucky for those who have houses now but someone in their 20s, no stable job and no house... I may as well be homeless |

Of every 10 young people of under 20 I have discussed the EU issue with, around 6 are in favour of staying in.
Of those under 18,aged 15,16 and 17,the figure is more like 7 to 8 out of every 10. I do fear that David Cameron may yet massively regret not allowing 16 and 17 years olds to vote in this referendum. |

The reason for this is that young people in general think it means Britain coming out of Europe! - like somehow geographically
![]() and not just the club that is the European Union I would like to ask those "twitter young people" - imagine that Britain was not in the EU, what is it about the EU that is so attractive that you want us to join? |

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Bit irrelevant when the voting turnout amongst the under-30s is so tragic.

I actually think more younger people will vote than before this time. I hope so anyway. There's a lot of talk between the early-mid 20s about voting. Hope that translates.
