I've been playing around with a website maker thing, for the homepage really. I just wanted to know what you think about it and whether it can be implemented.

Actually looks nice and professional, not to be rude but honestly the homepage is a MESS and has been for god knows how many years, it needs a complete overall not just a few button changes. Also whilst on a rant the main forum skin STILL being a winter theme from 2011 isn't much better. Guest come onto the forum and there's nothing at all in the design to suggest the forum is BB related, not to mention the icons being baubles...

You can change the design at the bottom though, maybe just a permanent switch to one of those. I'm on Blue Metal at the moment, and it's full of BB eyes!

That's... Not what he means. He means when new people come on, they aren't given an eye catching theme like colour splash, they're treated to the Xmas theme. It makes the place look near damn abandoned tbh

I also don't mind fronting the cost for the domain because it's quite cheap. Don't want to do that if its not going to be used though.

Is there a way that the current frontpage can automatically divert to another URL?

Hmm not to be sharp or start anything here but James has just spent time upgrading the front page to be mobile compatible and here you all are bad mouthing the main page and wanting something else. Quite rude tbh and seems to happen quite a lot IMHO.
