When I first seen the new Channel 5 set including the eye and the rotating eye at the top of the stairs I have to admit I loved it BUT after being to so many eviction from Channel 4 and 5 days I remember the Roar of the crowd in BB11 I mean the audience was huge and poor housemates if they were booed becaused it sounded like a football stadium! Then I went to my first eviction on Channel 5's new set and was so underwhelmed it may have looked good but there was just not the same atmosphere it was way to small and now its even smaller eek!

Looking forward to seeing the new set up though I wish they had just gone back to the old school crowd and barriers and housemates walking at ground level through the fans not down the tiny catwalk.

Only 4 days!!!! I'm hoping we get pics before.
The crowd for BB11 was no bigger than usual it was just distributed differently. 200 people can look like a huge crowd if they're all concentrated and grouped into 1 area. But if they're split up by walkways and lighting rigs etc it will tend to look more sparce

There wasn't a walkway for BB11 really it was all 1 big stage and the crowd were all on stands facing the house and trust me from experience the crowds chanting (eww) from then compared to when I went to the Channel 5 evictions....You cant compare it.

Also comparing the set up of the set to BB1 and BB3 and so on....They were 2 complete different locations so how can you compare that?

Personally I would love the house to go back to Bow with the house away from the crowd and studio and housemates leaving over the bridge #Legendary

If you look back I actually think BB1 and BB2 had the best set up it had such a great atmosphere and the finale stages where awesome.

It certainly was in Bow. Watching BB1 and BB2 final quickly now, it must have been around that. With Elstree though, even in those big BB3-5 crowds, they were probably around 500, than on C5 they were like 200-300, now, not sure, it could be as little as 50-80 with this new smaller crowd.

It was 1000 in BB11 then they brought in this huge set from Channel 5 and just over halved it and now its smaller THOUGH there does seem to be buildings around the studio which could hold a crowd but to me they need to be outside that's classic BB and I don't think any other country does it which is weird seeing as we have the worst weather in the world lol.
