I agree. I'm a feminist and it ****s me off to the max when people try to put women on a pedestal and try to overprotect them, it's beyond patronising.

Feminism isn't about supporting women above all else or making out they're better than men or putting them on a pedestal, it is about treating them exactly the same as men. Some people don't seem to understand this, but making out all women are these frail, vulnerable people that must be protected at all costs is so condescending to them it's unreal.
