Young attractive female hms are picked for 3 reasons

ability to pose in a bikini, shower and nip slip potential
to make other females hm and viewers jealous and vote her out
to be part of a showmance (if no guys available then lesbian it up)

Failure to comply results in no air time. Twins are exception as they are a duo. Personality is irrelevant for young hot female hms.
