Why would I "give up" posting in a popular thread that I started, about an issue with a programme that I am interested in?

Like I said, I waste time on forums but I draw the line at starting threads then abandoning them because someone has disagreed with me.

It simply confirms I am right when you have to resort to trying to slate me. I say trying, because you never actually succeed.

My temptation is actually to put you on ignore because I know how much it would annoy you but at the moment I am enjoying the explaining too much. If you don't hear from me again then you know what has happened.
