Just like Gina is rich and posh, in fact she's richer than Georgina. Also posh is a dying increasing irrelevant concept now. Old money is dying I'm afraid, the Russian Oligarchs, Indian industrialists, middle eastern oil sheiks, African oil billionaires and displaced regal Euro trash are evicting the British aristocracy. You're now more likely to find an Indian billionaire in Mayfair than a Countess or Marquis. Kensington is full of Nigerians oil and cement billionaires living in £10m homes, and Chelsea residents are less Binky, Spencer and Cagey and more likely to be called Muhammad. Made in Chelsea is extremely unreflective of who lives there now. Posh people are just no longer revered now. Multi cultural Britain is rendering old money posh redundant
