Uncomfortable customers means unhappy customers which is bad for a business. Everyone has the right to feel comfortable and shouldn't feel disturbed when eating a nice meal.

And what about the people who'd feel more comfortable wearing little or no clothes? One's right to express themselves overrides another who feels 'uncomfortable' (which is completely subjective anyway) in their presence. Lots of people like to peddle the line 'offence is taken, not given' and this would be a perfect example of it.

If people were allowed to eat naked in a restaurant the people who actually would would be few and far between, but it wouldn't affect anyone's business because you'd be entitled to do it anywhere so there'd be no getting away from it. Eventually people would put up, shut up and learn to learn to accept that there's no problem with seeing the human body.
