I got the impression that Gorgina was in parent mode when she spoke to Marco who did not appear to hear her or ignored her the first time she called Marco's name so then she had to raise the volume to get his attention. Speakers into the Garden could not have been working as Andy says, "I would not be surprised if Gorgina just made all that up". So I suppose it is no surprise that it is actually Marco that is not giving respect but accuses Gorgina of the same sin.
