At the very least Ryan should have been put up for eviction and lost his housemate status at the same time. Just losing his housemate status seemed a bit pointless. There need to be actual consequences for failing targets rather than switching them back and forward as they please.

However under the BB rules,in this series,all new this year it seems.

Those who are classed as the others are not in fact housemates at all, so not being housemates they cannot be eligible for nomination for eviction.

Ryan was never an official housemate,now had BB made Ryan a housemate, he would have been eligible but BB didn't, they left him as one of the others..
