Georgina has changed a lot since Jackson went into the Other house. I know it was only a few days, but she seemed to feel comfortable and happy around him. I don't think there is anyone else there that 'gets her'. She seems to be a bit of a fusspot but that is just her nature. They need to cut her some slack; it's not as if she deliberately tries to rile people unlike Marco who does it to get a rise out of her.
As for Andy, I think he is just so bored and frustrated in the house that he looks for something to argue about just for some stimulation (his exchanges with Sam about the ghosts, for example.)
