And that's where I get my enjoyment of the show. So sometimes, I'd rather watch someone like Emma having a quiet conversation, but feel engaged and interested in her (even if noone else is lol), than watch someone I don't care about and have no emotional connection to, having an argument or doing something that someone else finds 'dramatic'. That's the problem with these kinds of arguments, it's all completely subjective, so one person saying "you should evict 'X' HM because they're dull" is going to have no influence on the person they're talking to if they don't personally find them dull. People are always going to vote based on personal preference of housemates, and their own personal enjoyment, is that not the way BB should be?

I agree with you about people's favourite being a personal thing...and actually Emma has made me laugh ....her battles with Georgina and her tree hugging with Marco ....she also has a strong opinion and voices it....I actually like all 4 that are up....I'm sorry i implied to you that Emma is dull, she's not...
I don't expect people to evict their favourite house mate for one minute....the problem is when people don't like some or all of the others that are up for eviction either and still choose to evict the one that causes the most trouble, that's not good for the show...this week is not a great example of that because all 4 of them bring something to the house....but if Marco was up against Sam, Alex and Evelyn people would still evict Marco....then, for the same reasons, will pick Ryan, then Natalie and on and on until there are no trouble makers left and the house ends up with no conflicts and no drama.
Fans of Georgina and Laura should think about that....because without Marco Laura will start getting less and less airtime....from day one she's chosen to be defined by her association with one of the guys, evict Marco and she will be evicted very shortly after herself.... Same with Georgina, she's not entirely defined by her dislike of Marco but the friction between them gives her profile loads more airtime then the other girls are getting....it cud change but at this point if two were evicted tonight and they were Marco and Emma then that would impact massively on Georgina's air time....Marco gets reactions from some of the others that are actually beneficial to their popularity.
Disliking someone isn't the reason we should evict them....I intensely dislike Ryan and I ain't exactly Natalie's biggest fan either but I wud be gutted if they were evicted this early in the show because they bring drama and cause trouble...their bad behaviour, and the others reaction to that, creates a platform that brings out the best and worst in the very people that are popular.
Some people think Marco is a grotesque moron and should go....I think Ryan is a grotesque moron and should stay ....it's about what's best for the show not just who we like or dislike as people.
