My son's friend lives and works in Dubai. I'm pretty sure he will still live and work in Dubai on Friday. Pretty sure it will be the same for someone who lives and works in France. The world isn't going to implode on Friday, people aren't all going on a big boat home because they aren't welcome anymore. In fact the implication seems kind of ridiculous.
