Is there a chance that there was a lot more to that than was shown? I ask as everyone outside (and Jackson inside too) was on Andys side. Sam seemed offended by it. Alex piped up (shock horror ) and everyone who was outside, with the exception of Laura seemed to be on Andys side. Jason, who seems the most levelheaded in there was on Andys side, and even tried to chill Hughie about it all too.
It just seems so...odd, that so many would be offended (or understand the offense taken) if it was simply how it seemed to us?
Does that make sense?

I second this post. Well spotted Vicky, I think you are right. There is more to Hughie and Ryan's innocent joke than meets the eye I think.
On another note, I was wondering if Andy has had discussions about his passion for gay rights with Jason, Jackson, Sam or Alex or all of them? Losing his job with the BBC over it and such? They are in there day and night and have to be talking about all kinds that we don't see. Is that why they understood where he was coming from too?
