Well it just proves the point you're trying to enforce here is irrelevant. If you tell the officer that you have a gun you still get shot.

...so CeeCee posting the other situation is very relevant, Arista...and I don't care whether someone has a gun in their pocket or wherever the heck that they have it because they were pinned down according to the article/report, so they were essentially able to be disarmed from that gun which is the role of a police officer, to uphold the law without loss of life wherever possible...

But this isn't the court of law. And the court of law does get it wrong many times. Many people have been wrongly convicted.
