Where exactly did that happen? From what I watched, Andy asked if Hughie still thinks he's a liar and Hughie answered (without Andy talking over him). They do both talk over each other later as they get more heated though (so they should both be criticised for that or neither), but at no point in the clip does Hughie get asked a question and denied the chance to respond.
Sorry but I think there's always a great deal of exaggeration wherever Andy's involved. He has a reputation as a "snake" and "sly" and that's now being applied to every situation he ends up in, regardless of it's accuracy or relevance.
