Beggars just SIT there VOCALLY begging. Buskers sing or play music or juggle, and deliver a service for which they welcome any donation from appreciative members of the public, but they do NOT beg.
I enjoy buskers - some of whom are excellent - but I do not enjoy being harrassed by beggars.
