He doesn't. Andy's Twitter is run by a friend and he/she confirmed a few days ago that Ed "clears away from social media," or something to that effect.

This whole situation is just so unfortunate, whichever way you look at it. They may as well have an open relationship and understanding, but to not stop this behavior after he proposed to Andy on national television is just despicable. And Andy is going to come out of this completely blindsided while everyone else is laughing at his expense. It's going to be a very uncomfortable interview from Emma if by then it is confirmed to be true.
