Did Lateysha even try to press her button? (genuine question because I can't remember). Because, if he was going to give the money to any of them in there, surely it should be between those who tried to press too and don't end up winning in the end? If Lateysha didn't in the first place then she doesn't even enter the equation.

But yeah, there's no obligation either way.
