This has undone the Osborne cull to be honest
That's always been a pretty misleading claim. The book was written 11 years ago primarily by Douglas Carswell which 22 other Conservatives contributed to. The whole book was only 100 pages with the part on the NHS only 7 pages and he has said that he did not have any involvement in that section. It was a small, irrelevant pamphlet which floated a few ideas around but thats it.

I know he's claimed he didn't have any involvement in that section, but you're really willing to believe a liar and a man of such proven incompetence?

He's kept this job so he can continue to deliberately undermine the NHS so that in the end it will be easier to garner more public support for creeping privatisation to make it more 'efficient'.

Agreed, I don't know how a conservative could get more sinister in it's approach...but it has

Only on Monday, Government advisers had warned of the need to take urgent action to prepare the UK for floods, droughts, heatwaves and food shortages caused by climate change.

The news came after the appointment of Andrea Leadsom – who revealed her first question to officials when she became Energy Minister last year was “Is climate change real? – was appointed as the new Environment Secretary.'
