I think there is a level of misunderstanding and assumption in the 'calling out'. There are people who like a larger than life character who acts crudely and often and find criticism of the behaviour of this favourite hard to take. Then they try to project with regard to much more tame behaviour to justify their favourite. It happens every year. I guess what I am trying to say is that most people levels of what they find acceptable. One man's buttock on one occasion is not quite the same as a girl flaunting her fanny or side boob all the time. That's not about sexism it's about too much flaunting or over the top exposure and its quite different from a little flash which won't bother most people.

In the US a great majority of it would be blurred out anyway... I was shocked that I could see a floppy penis and animal childbirth on TV much less a boob or a butt cheek on UK TV. Everything is bleeped out or censored here.

It is nice every once in a while to escape the severity of a puritan morality to bask freely in the incandescence of obscenity... but like most things, the sun eventually will become too much and you have to come indoors from the sunburn... or worse, sunburn itch
