Because he NATURALLY tends NOT to involve himself in the minutiae within the house, and because he PATENTLY does not get 'invited' into the 'clique' where a lot of that triviality is occurring, and because he is OLDER with SLOWER reflexes than the others, and BECAUSE the questions were pre-designed to favour the younger, triviality-loving HM's, Jason was 'left standing' in embarrassed isolation when ALL the others were either IN the WINNING ZONE or very near it.
Cue Jayne - frivolous, skittish, smirking and supeficial - settling old scores, and ridiculing him by sarcastically asking; "Aren't you playing this game?", and you say that JASON is THE BITCH?
