If an officer will shoot an unarmed man laying on the ground explaining the situation while the patient is there chewing on what's obviously a truck then he should not be in this profession. Also after the victim was shot he was left on the floor for 20 mins. Why? The person that falsely accused them of being suicidal and carrying a weapon should also be investigated. If they wanted to arrest hi for god sake he was laying on the ground, complying, why shoot.
