Police are reportedly ferrying injured to hospital after the blast in Deh Mazang square.
Thousands from the Hazara minority had been marching to demand changes to the route of a planned power line.
They are angry that the planned route bypasses areas with large Hazara populations.

Are we sure it was IS? Maybe it was someone with mental health problems... who had been bullied. Maybe this isn't terrorism at all.

I think most people know that IS hate everyone who isnt them. I think most people here realise that they are probably the biggest threat to the world right now... some people think otherwise, however.
