This thread is everything that's wrong with on season. Nasty, vitriolic insults about housemates appearances, criticisms about the parenting skills of people
you watch on TV for 48 minutes a night, and petty tit-for-tat exchanges of people arguing about who's said this about this housemate before, and who's a hypocrite and who isn't
I'm so fed up of seeing this crap on here. These people are human beings with real feelings and are just characters on a television show you watch for a grand total of 50 odd hours a series across two months - that's just over
two days worth of highlights. You do not know them. This is just television. And it doesn't give you the right to insult the way people look or how good or bad their parenting may be.
The housemates put themselves up to be judged as
housemates within the confines of a glorified television set. That entails, you know...how good or bad they are as housemates. Not how attractive or ugly they are. Not how good or bad they are as parents, or friends or family members in the real world.
It's all so unnecessary and sours the forum year in, year out. I feel like I'm in a ****ing playground reading some of the posts on here sometimes. Either step away from the TV and get back into the real world or just give it a rest, some of us are fed up with seeing it...and I especially am baffled as to why it's permitted in the rules?
