He does come across to me anyway that once he develops a 'closeness' to someone he 'feels' they are like his possessions.

Yes definitely.Once he gets a bee in his bonnet he can't seem to let it go and move on.He also seems to be a little delusional with a hint bitterness.

He was aggressive last night there's no doubt about that and there was no need to get so aggressive, he needs to learn how to express his emotions in a better way, or, just learn to ignore Bear and his trolling techniques, I really like him, he obviously has faults, like all of us, but in general, I think he's pretty harmless.

...tbf I think as well Liam, he's also being constantly wound up with his feelings by many of the other housemates ...'OH LOOK, THEY'RE KISSING AND POOR, POOR HEAVY AND OMG ARE YOU OK AND THIS MUST BE AWFUL FOR YOU' and etc, etc...no concern for him at all because if they had, they would have been helping him to get perspective so that he can still enjoy his time in there...they're really 'friends' of the worst and most inciting type...

You know, I agree. For a man of his age he is painfully naive, and is very easily led/follows the crowd in order to fit in- he said as much himself on the live feed the other night. I believe this shows a lack of self-worth and self-confidence deep inside.

However, I don't think we have seen the real person yet. I don't think he actually means any harm, and that there is probably a quite nice and endearing character inside, but he is terribly lacking in social awareness and is incredibly childlike.

I think, if he is not evicted early and listens to the good advice he is getting from Ricky, and from some of the others, he might reveal the true Colin, rather than Heavt D, and turn it around.

Absolutely! They were clearly intending to humiliate and goad him, and were basically rubbing his nose in it. They pushed him too far, and he reacted. Although I don't agree with violence and aggression, I'm glad Bear looked a little worried when Heavy D responded, as hopefully it might make him think in future- though sadly I doubt it.

I was quoting Jayne overblown statement about people to someone else in on the joke, not actually laughing about drugs and it wasn't directed towards you hence the miserable remark as it went over your head and you really didnt need to post twice.
