i'm pretty happy to report that most younger people i know are nothing like these oafs; having said that, there is a definite thread of this sort of behaviour being seen as acceptable, and a lot of it's to do with people seeing this awful behaviour rewarded by celebhood - tv exposure and money.

aubrey doesn't get away with it, either, as her gobbing in his food and drink seemed nothing out of the ordinary to her until she realised she was being pulled for that behaviour.

It's the only way to deal with bullies like Bear....don't bite and give them what they want...just IGNORE the dickhead and watch him bite.
exactly... take away his control, watch him crumble.

James whale is the man who must lead the revolt and he started well last night. As a group demand BB action. As a group totally blank them 100% of the time. BUT with a moronic bully like bear you have to pick your battles carefully. Ive noticed ricki has come in at the wrong time when bear is on a task or something, BAD move. Wait until he does something totally moronic like smash the house again or destroy food again. Bang wipe the floor with him , report to BB, then walk away and talk about anything other than this moron. There is something in the Bible about handling the devil, simply by ignoring him.
that was such a shame - ricky stepped up and spoke up, but because it was a task bear can claim a sort of immunity.

This ended up with my grabbing him, dragging him half across the bar and telling him in my best 'French' what fate awaited him if he did not start serving quiet customers in the order of waiting time.

isn't that assault Kirk, whatever happened to having a word with the bar manager and as for the cinema queue, if my OH left me in a queue to go outside to have a fight before we settled down to Finding Dory I'd divorce him

Yes, it is assault Cherie, but I did not go into detail of all what was said and I did not hurt him. I do not regret it and would do exactly the same again.

As for the cinema queue; I told them to leave the father with the young kid alone and that they should get in the queue like the rest of us. It was the big steroid Jack who started the abuse and threats by calling me an 'old Chink' or words to that effect, and telling me what he would do if I didn't shut the feck up, or words to that effect.

My wife KNEW what was about to happen when I slipped off my watch and gave it to her.

HE - no - THEY (two of them) came up to me.

It really was, fight in front of all the little kids in the queue and expose them to violence - something I would NEVER do - get beat up, or oblige big mouth, and go around the corner with him.

I also allowed him to throw the first punch at me.

I know that I could have kept my mouth shut and just let them push in, but I cannot. Even now, I would still say something.

I once got my cheekbone broke though jumping in to save a young Pakistani lad who was being beaten up by three yobs after a football game, and I would do exactly the same there as well. (It turned out the 'lad' was not so young and was a junior doctor).

Sorry if this make me a yob in some people's eyes, but I can only be truthful.
