It's a hyperbole, but that's how sociopaths do it. For example burning a house with a smile on one's face doesn't make it any less horrific.

I know, but I'm referring to him not threatening housemates of being aggressive to them...both times his lost his temper he's been alone...and in the diary room he repeatedly let BB know he didn't want to be locked in there before he started to shout
