Honestly whoever is seeding these semi finals needs to be fired. Schippers, Thompson, Okagbare, Stevens and Asher-Smith all in the same semi final.

Can't see Dina making the final now </3 Hopefully she pulls out her magic though and somehow makes it.

Van Niekerk does all 3 sprints but the 400 is the one he does the most. He's the only man in history to go sub 10 in the 100m, sub 20 in the 200m and sub 44 in the 400m.

So yeah, he does the 200m but only like once or twice a year
