At the thought of travelling to the orthodontist today to get my braces fitted.

2 years ago, they tried! But my gag reflex was so strong that I had to quickly run away from the chair and sort my panic attack self out, really shook me.

I'm very scared for today and hope that everyone said a little prayer for me this morning.

I'm feeling sick at the prospect and trying not to gag whilst typing right now, I'm shaking.

I've even purchased all the stuff which they put inside the mouth whilst fitting them to prepare my self.

A very uncertain day a head for me, really need the support.

Good luck, it's not that bad honest (and I have the biggest gag reflex) and it doesn't hurt at all getting them on. It'll start to hurt tonight though so make sure you take painkillers!

I still have mine on after 4 and a half years... 2 years they said

It's really hitting me now, had to stand up for bit, sipping on some water - still shaking.

Good luck though I had braces fitted when I was at school and had the same problem, gagging on the mold thing was horrible It doesn't last long though and it's worth it.
